Square One Basil
You'll find the luscious sweet and savory qualities of fresh basil in our new Square One Basil flavored organic vodka. To create Square One Basil, we take our original organic rye vodka and infuse it with the organic essence of four basil varieties -- Genovese, Thai, Lemon and Sweet. We also add a touch of organic coriander, honeysuckle and lemongrass to enhance Square One Basil's delightful herbal earthiness and give it our signature soft finish. With cocktails and creative mixology in mind, each selected basil variety in Square One Basil offers its subtle yet distinct character to this graceful spirit. The recipes below are inspired by many culinary directions - from Mediterranean to Asian inspired recipes to summertime's sweet fruit cocktail favorites.
