Sparkling Cocktails |
Whether topped with French Champagne, Italian Prosecco, or American sparkling -- a touch of bubbly will give your cocktail a delicious festive twist.

Rose 75 |
An American spin to the classic French 75.
1 1/2 oz. Square One Botanical
1/2 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. lavender syrup (or try Sonoma Syrup Co. Lavender Syrup)
2 oz. California rose sparkling wine
Lavender, for garnish

Shake all ingredients, (except bubbly) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.

Botanical Royale
Just a light touch of Creme de Cassis will bring out the complex fruit and floral qualities found in Square One Botanical and in a well made sparkling wine.
1 oz. Square One Botanical
1/4 oz. Creme de Cassis*
Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Pour Creme de Cassis and Square One Botanical into a chilled champagne flute. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Drop a berry into the glass as a garnish.
*Optional: Try other berry or floral liqueurs in place of the Creme de Cassis.

Wine and Roses
A bouquet of aroma and taste in an elegant flute.
1 1/2 oz. Square One Botanical
1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
2 oz. Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Combine all ingredients, except bubbly, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flue. Top with sparkling wine.

Cranberry Sparkle
Square One Botanical, cranberry and bubbly -- worthy as your new holiday tradition.
1 oz. Square One Botanical
1/2 oz. cranberry juice (recommend R.W. Knudson)
1/2 oz. premium Triple Sec
1 tsp. Benedictine
Brut sparkling wine or champagne

Place all ingredients, except bubbly, into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a flute. Top with 1 - 2 oz. of bubbly.
