Nationally recognized mixologists James Moreland and Jonathan Pogash walk you through the history and science of botanicals in spirits. The session includes tastings of a variety of botanically-rich spirits, including gin, vodka, liqueurs, amari, vermouth and bitters. Square One Botanical is also part of the discussion.
